A Certified Leadership Coach based in Greater Boston, I help leaders to identify what’s standing in the way of reaching their most important goals, and what to do about it.
My experience supporting a range of leaders led me to this work. Meaningful, mission-driven work has been a guiding force in my career, and I have over a dozen years of experience across sectors at private, nonprofit, and academic organizations — most recently serving as Chief of Staff at a high-growth startup.
I envision a world full of creative, empathetic leaders whose impacts ripple through their teams, families, and communities. Leadership exists everywhere, in professional and personal settings, and I want every leader to feel seen, valued, and whole.
I earned my leadership coaching certification from the e-Co Leadership Coaching Certification Program, an ICF-Accredited Coach Training Program at George Washington University, and I earned my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I earned my B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University and completed graduate coursework at the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business.
