1-on-1 Leadership Coaching

Coaching is a partnership.

As your coach, I will partner with you as you work towards your goal, to help you see new ways to move forward that may not have been visible before. I will listen deeply, ask precise questions, provide useful feedback, and be a confidential sounding board. I believe you have everything you need to move forward, but you may need help seeing how.

“I feel like she was able to hold me as a whole person, and I was able to set goals and to make connections and progress in a way that I am - honestly - a bit stunned by and truly, deeply grateful for.”

What is a coaching session like?

My process is personalized and client-led.

In a typical 60-minute coaching session, you will bring a topic for us to discuss that is related to the larger goal you have for our work together. This topic can be a question, challenge, or situation. We will spend the hour exploring your topic and towards the end of the session, we will co-design next steps for you to take in between meetings.

At the beginning of the following session, we will check in on the steps you’ve taken before moving on to the topic you’ve brought for that day’s session.

How do we get started?

The first step is a free, 30-minute consult call to discuss your goals for coaching and explore fit. If you’d like to move forward, we’ll decide on the number of sessions you’d like to start with. Example: 6 sessions, meeting twice per month for 3 months.

Our first coaching session will be an opportunity for me to get to know you as a leader and a person, and will set the groundwork for our partnership. We will discuss your goal in more detail than we did in the consult call, and start to explore it.

In each of the next sessions (Example: sessions 2-5), you will bring a topic to discuss. We will spend the hour exploring this topic and towards the end of the session, we will co-design next steps for you to take in between sessions.

In our final session (Example: session 6), we will check in on your overall coaching goal and progress, synthesize learnings, and decide whether to conclude our work together, or to continue, depending on your needs.
