Planting Intentions: A Creative Self-Care Workshop

$60.00

Saturday, April 5th | 2:00 - 4:00pm ET | Zoom

In the uncertainty of these times, let us hold space for you to take time for some self-care and intention setting for the spring season. What’s important to you and what do you want to cultivate as we move from winter to spring?

We’ll begin our workshop with a somatic centering practice, and then use guided journaling and art making as invitations to clearly define where you want to put your energy in the upcoming season. No specific writing or art experience is necessary; come as you are with a journal, something to write with, and art-making materials you already have on hand.

Facilitated by:
Mia Cellucci, ACC & Lauren Leone, DAT, ATR-BC, LMHC

Mia Cellucci, ACC (she/her) is a certified and ICF-credentialed leadership & executive coach based in the Boston area. She works one-on-one with leaders to identify what’s standing in the way of reaching their most important goals and what to do about it. Mia envisions a world full of creative, empathetic leaders who feel seen, valued, and whole, and whose impacts ripple through their teams, families, and communities.

Lauren Leone, DAT, LMHC, ATR-BC (she/her) is Somerville-based artist, board-certified art therapist, and licensed mental health counselor who works with individuals, groups, and communities in the Boston area. Her clinical work focuses on supporting people in navigating trauma, dis/ability and chronic illness, the impact of medical conditions on mental health, medical treatment trauma, and intersecting issues related to cultural and social identity. Lauren also facilitates community art therapy projects rooted in community healing and abolition.
